The kind of therapist teens actually talk to.

And a place for anyone navigating what life just handed them.

I’m a licensed therapist based in Long Beach, CA. I specialize in teens and young adults — the ones who’ve been told to just push through, or who feel like they feel too much, or who need an ally, or who can’t quite explain what’s wrong. I also work with parents trying to do right by their kids, and adults navigating loss, transition, and everything that doesn’t fit neatly into a category. My approach is direct, warm, and grounded in the belief that, in therapy, you should not only feel heard but different.

I’ve spent more than seven years working with people in the hardest chapters of their lives. I’m not going to nod and take notes at you. I’m going to engage — because that’s what actually helps.

For Teens & Young Adults

For teens who are tired of being misunderstood.

You don’t need the right words or to “have it together” to come to therapy. You just need to be willing to show up.

For Adults in Transition

For adults when life changes faster than you can keep up.

Divorce, grief, a career pivot, a chapter that just ended — I work with adults who are figuring out what comes next.

For Families & Parents

For parents navigating what no one prepared them for.

No one comes into parenting with a handbook on how to do this. I’m here to help you do it.

Direct. Warm. The kind of presence you actually feel.
